The theme of this conference is a Spring Stimulus Package for IEEE Engineers.=0D=0A =0D=0AOur Keynote Speaker will be John H. Schneider, Chief Engineer, HMI, Driver Information, and Infotainment, of Ford Motor Company.=0D=0A =0D=0AThe conference will consist of three tracks: =0D=0A  =0D=0AThe Technical Track will include a variety of topics selected from our 14 different technical chapters. =0D=0A  =0D=0AThe Business & Professional Development Track brings in speakers that help engineers market their skills to potential employers.  =0D=0A  =0D=0AThe Student Presentation Track will have several students present papers on their own undergraduate research.  These papers will be judged, and winner will receive an award. =0D=0A  =0D=0AAs an incentive to the student population, there will be no conference fee for the first 30 students to sign up.
