Come and watch a remote presentation from Thomas Deselaers, a machine learning specialist at Google. He will be talking about his work on handwriting recognition and the game “Quick, Draw!”.

Thomas Deselaers of Google


Thomas Deselaers received the PhD and diploma degrees from RWTH Aachen University in Germany. He is a software engineer at Google Switzerland. Prior he was a postdoc in the computer vision group of ETH Zurich in Switzerland. His research interests include applied machine learning, mobile computing, and combinations of these.   <- his team developed this and this will be a part of his talk.
