IEEE Montreal Section 2018 Banquet & Annual General Meeting

This annual event is an opportunity to network with colleagues, celebrate member achievements with our awards ceremony, and learn from our speakers: Maike Luiken, President of IEEE Canada, and Jim Nicell, Dean of Engineering at McGill, who will be talking about the Future of Engineering.

DATE: Friday, November 23, 2018 from 1800 to 2200 (AGM at 1800, Banquet at 1920)

WHERE: Château-Vaudreuil Hôtel & Suites, Pavilion on the Lake, 21700 Trans-Canada Highway, Vaudreuil-Dorion, QC J7V 8P3

REGISTRATION: Please register early (click the button on this page). There is a maximum capacity of 140 people, menu selection (beef, fish, vegetarian) is required at the time of registration. The hotel needs the menus to be provided 10 days in advance. Please note that the price listed for each category is per person. Guests have to pay for their ticket at the specified rate. Please use your membership number for your guest in order to register at the specified rate.

TRANSPORTATION: Two buses are available for travelling to and from the event. Both buses will leave near Concordia University in Downtown Montreal at 1645, and depart toward downtown at 2215 and 2245 respectively. If you need to use the bus, please answer "Yes" in the additional question on next page.
