In this interactive workshop, participants will explore the dynamics of an ethical dilemma, and learn techniques and tools to help them think through and address the challenges they face.

Biography: Leslie Martinich, 2012 IEEE-USA Congressional Fellow, served as Science and Technology Policy Advisor in the Office of U.S. Representative Steve Israel (NY 02). As Founder and Principal Consultant at Competitive Focus, she provides education and consulting services in leadership, professional ethics and innovation management. With more than 25 years of experience as a software professional, she led teams at IBM, Compaq, Novell, Vignette and several startup companies, where she was given increasing levels of responsibility. She serves as the lead faculty member at the Engineering Leadership Institute at the University of Texas at Austin. She is the past VP Publications for the IEEE Technology Management Council.
