The Technology and Engineering Mangement Society will be hosting Dr. Dale Callahan, Director of Information Engineeering and Mangement Program at the University of Alabama at Birmingham.

Technology skills open doors, but can also be a trap that keeps you from moving up the ladder. making the transition from techie to leader is more about mindset than waiting on the opportunity. In fact, it is about having a mindset to create and find the opportunity. Dale will cover a proven formula they use in the UAB Information Engineering Management Masters Program (IEM) the propels student move from tech job to technology leader or entrepreneur.

The meeting on Thursday, April 14th will begin at 11:30am with lunch provided starting at 11:15am.
